Postal Shipments

The cut-off for same-day postal shipments is 1:30pm EST. Any shipping times or arrival dates shown are best estimates and not guaranteed.

UPS Shipments

The cut-off for same-day UPS shipments is around 3:30pm EST.  UPS Express services may be time-guaranteed with the exception of customs or weather delays. If you would prefer we use your account number for shipping you can include it in the order comments at checkout.

DHL Shipments

If DHL is available, the cut-off for same-day DHL shipments is around 1:30pm EST. Any shipping times or arrival dates shown are best estimates and not guaranteed.

General Shipping Information

In stock orders placed before our cut-offs listed above are generally shipped the day the order is placed. We ship on business days only. Orders placed on non-business days will ship the next business day. For example, if an order is placed Saturday or Sunday with a 2-3 day service, it will ship Monday and likely arrive Wednesday or Thursday. Local holidays may also add a day to the shipping estimate.

Fright Ideas is located in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. Shipping charges do not include any brokerage or taxes which may be levied on shipments destined out of Canada. Shipments to the USA valued under $800 almost never incur any additional fees with any courier. Postal shipments to the USA valued above $800 are rarely charged any additional fees. For more information on these charges check your local customs office. Our products are duty-free under NAFTA and other treaties.
