Return and Repair Policies
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) within 60 days.
Returned items must be in new condition. If they are not in new condition they may be rejected or you may receive a partial refund.
Return Process
Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Package product in original shipping box including all packing material, user guides and manuals. Ship pre-paid to the address supplied to you on the RMA form. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing after item(s) are received. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We may refuse returns for the following reasons:
- No RMA# was obtained.
- Damaged product or packaging.
- Outside of our return period.
- Missing accessories.
Repair Process
Please contact us to have a conversation about the issue as it may be a software bug, user error, etc. If we determine the item needs to be repaired we will send you an RMA form with instructions on how to return the item to us. Repairs are usually processed within 6-8 weeks. If the unit was just purchased and the issue was not clearly user error, we will usually arrange an advanced replacement or expedite the repair process. A deposit is required for advanced replacements.
