If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) with 60 days. Returned items must be in new condition.
Please contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Package product in original shipping box including all packing material, user guides and manuals. Ship pre-paid to the address supplied to you on the RMA form. Allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We may refuse returns for the following reasons:
- No RMA# was obtained.
- Damaged product or packaging.
